Shat-­R-­Shield is welcoming Tom Salter (in photo) as the company’s new VP marketing.
Shat-R-Shield described Salter as a “valuable addition” to the team, who spent the last 15 years in various engineering, business development and marketing roles at Cree.

“With his extensive experience in the lighting industry, Tom brings promise of innovative new products and strategic marketing focus to Shat-R‐Shield,” said the company.   

In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the team in expanding existing product lines, as well as introducing products that will “allow Shat-­R-­Shield to tap into entirely new markets,” said Karen Clouse, president of Shat-­R‐Shield.
