PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Enzymatic degumming is a physical refining process that uses a phospholipase to convert nonhydratable phosphatides into fully hydratable lysolecithin, which facilitates gum removal. With Vland's Phospholipase A2, you can obtain higher oil yields and significantly reduce your costs. As an A2 phospholipase, it mainly acts on the Sn-2 phthaloyl group of phospholipids to obtain fatty acids and lysophospholipids. It is easier to interact with non-hydratable phospholipids, the reaction product is more stable, and the unit efficiency is higher. The products of the reaction, lysophospholipids and glyceroylphospholipids, have strong hydrophilicity and can be removed by simple hydration.

Storage conditions: Enzyme preparation is a kind of bioactive substance. It should be avoided to store or use under inappropriate temperature, pH and other harsh conditions, otherwise the product quality will be affected. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Use condition: temperature 45~55 °C, pH 4.0~6.0
